It was a great conference, with some really useful material, but like you I could have done without those two sales pitches.   Many thanks for doing such a comprehensive report, which I will link to when I blog about it myself.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;By the way, it was only me and Emanuele who were the non-Macs, twittering up on stage. Thank you Sean.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;May I add other reasons why people are not likely to share their knowledge? Because they prefer to hide the simple fact that they actually don't have that much knowledge after all.&lt;br&gt;Another category is knowledgeable but isn't simply able to communicate effectively.&lt;br&gt;Some are shy and fear the agora effect.&lt;br&gt;Not to forget the language factor, I had to reach in my company blog 20 countries, I ended up writing in two different languages but the comments were only in one language.
